DESCRIPTION:The Society’s mission is to enable urologists in all nations\
 , through international cooperation in education and research\, to apply t
 he highest standards of urological care to their patients. The SIU strives
  to position itself as a major international platform for sustainable urol
 ogical education and collaborative philanthropic activities aimed at impro
 ving urological care.\n\nThe main goals initially identified by the founde
 rs of the SIU are still valid today:\n\nto create and maintain the best po
