DESCRIPTION:Dear Colleagues\,\n\nLet me invite you to Barcelona\, a city wh
 ich has more than 2000 years of history and yet it is one of the most mode
 rn cities in the Old Continent. Barcelona is one of the most famous cities
  in the world\, due to its beauty\, architecture and (of course!) football
 . While the city may seem to be well known\, it will continue to surprise 
 you by its beauty and life.\n\nEAHP is very pleased to invite you to the 2
 4th EAHP Congress\, which will take place in this gorgeous city from 27-29
  March 2019. The Congress theme is "Personalised Hospital Pharmacy – mee
 ting the needs of every patient". The title itself says a lot. The origins
  of the pharmacy were very much personalised and recently we have been red
 iscovering the need for tailored medication and approach to treatment for 
 different patient groups and individuals. The scientific program of the Co
 ngress is also tailored to the needs of individual hospital pharmacists an
 d their interest groups as the Congress offers the possibility to choose b
 etween many parallel sessions\, keynote presentations\, workshops and symp
 osia. EAHP believes that the role of hospital pharmacists in personalised 
 medication is the key to success. Therefore\, we are preparing an advanced
  program that will serve as the source of knowledge and inspiration that a
 re needed for our future role and engagement in personalised medication.\n
 \nThe EAHP Congress is also an opportunity to meet colleagues from Europe 
 and all over the world\, to share experience and ideas and to learn from e
 ach other. EAHP is fostering advancement in hospital pharmacy practice for
  the benefit of our patients. Sharing expertise and best practices is cert
 ainly one of the best ways to accelerate our success. The EAHP Congress\, 
 the largest hospital pharmacy Congresses in Europe\, provides an optimal p
 latform for this sharing and education but also for the pure joy of meetin
 g fellow hospital pharmacists\, colleagues and friends.\n\nIt is my great
