It will supplement the very successful EANM Annual Congress in October and th e educational events organised by EANM/ESMIT.\n\nAt the EANM Focus Meeting \, a multidisciplinary group of experts and opinion leaders from all over the world will present state-of-the-art lectures and participate in consen sus panels. The first EANM Focus Meeting will be on molecular imaging and theranostics in prostate cancer. We are very pleased that a large faculty of oncologists\, urologists\, imagers\, clinical and basic scientists and patient-advocates has agreed to lecture and participate in the discussions . They will provide an in-depth overview of the current state of the art a nd future directions in the management of prostate cancer\, with a focus o n the role of imaging in general and nuclear medicine in particular\, now and in the future. Based on the conference’s results\, a consensus state ment will be produced. As the lectures and discussions will be at an advan ced level and do not aim to provide basic overviews and education\, the me eting will be particularly advantageous to clinicians who are already enga ged in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.\n\nYou are cordiall y invited to attend the first EANM Focus Meeting in the SH Valencia Palace Hotel in Valencia\, Spain\, on February 1–3\, 2018.
