Correspondingly\, the Congress will reflect and re present research and practice diversity of paediatric and adolescent gynae cology from different perspectives. Participants will have a chance to get in touch with the most recent knowledge\, research results and achievemen ts represented by the medical professionals from all around the Europe. Th e program will focus on children and adolescent gynecological problems. An yway\, there will not be missed the topics of the future generation of the gynaecological professionals and the innovations of the field\, as well. Through the insightful discussions and interactive sessions the relevant i ssues will be discussed in a wide audience and that will be a great opport unity to share the new ideas and find the original solutions.\n\nIt would be remiss of me not to mention the organizational experience of all the or ganizing team of the Congress and not to tell how much efforts they put to ensure the quality of this annual event. I would also like to notice that here in Vilnius we have a lot of enthusiastic and talented young colleagu es who contribute the organizational process with pleasure. Without any do ubt\, the mature lecturers\, doctors and professors will enrich the progra m with significant experience and valuable scientific knowledge too.\n\nIn escapably\, together with the Organizing Committee I encourage all young p rofessionals to join our society and participate actively by submitting th e oral and poster proposals or showing any other initiatives. As our commu nity is not the biggest one\, the participation of the young colleagues wi ll strongly help us to reach the main goal of the Congress. We all seek fo r a strong union of the European medical professionals working in the fiel d of paediatric and adolescent gynaecology. All together we can help patie nts grow physically and psychologically healthy. However\, at first we nee d to share and gain the vitally important scientific knowledge.
