DESCRIPTION:On behalf of the Board of the International Association of Park
 insonism and Related Disorders\, it is our pleasure to invite all of you t
 o join us during the upcoming biennial XXII World Congress on Parkinson’
 s Disease and Related Disorders\, November 12-15\, 2017 in Ho Chi Minh Cit
 y\, Vietnam!\n\nThe motto of this Congress is “Two Centuries of Movement
  Disorders: Transformation of Clinical Care”. True to the overarching mi
 ssion of our organization\, we strive to create a milieu for the free exch
 ange of knowledge\, to bridge the divide between basic science and clinica
 l care\, and to forge the future by coalescing an understanding of the eti
 ology and pathophysiology with treatment of the manifold motor and behavio
 ral features of these disorders. It is our hope that this Congress facilit
 ates the global sharing of therapeutic strategies to enhance the quality o
 f life of patients’ worldwide suffering from movement disorders. This Co
 ngress aspires to reach this goal by bringing together a diverse\, equi-ge
 nder\, international faculty of dynamic scientists\, seasoned clinicians\,
  and dedicated allied health experts.\n\nThe Congress will include thought
  provoking plenary lectures\, cutting edge scientific symposia\, interacti
 ve forum discussions and practical workshops. Equally important\, it will 
 offer numerous slots for oral presentations of ongoing research and ‘hot
  topics.’\n\nVietnam\, a newly discovered destination for the sophistica
 ted tourist\, is located on the eastern Indochina Peninsula and is about t
 he size of Germany. Vietnam's diverse landscape includes hills and densely
 -forested mountains\, the Mekong delta\, and a 2\,140 mile-long coastline\
 , offering many beautiful sightseeing opportunities. Ho Chi Minh City\, mo
 re popularly known as Saigon\, is Vietnam’s largest city. It was once ca
