DESCRIPTION:The Organizing Committee is pleased to announce the Tenth Inter
 national Plasma Product Biotechnology Meeting to be held at Radisson Blu R
 esort\, St Georges Bay on the north-east coast of Malta 15 - 19 May 2017. 
 This biennial meeting started in 1999 is now celebrating its tenth anniver
 sary. Don’t miss it.\n\nThe meeting will provide a topical and stimulati
 ng program on the latest developments of importance to the industry\, cove
 ring: manufacturing\, quality\, regulatory affairs\, pathogen safety\, cli
 nical development\, commercial development\, and technical innovations. Th
 e oral sessions will be chaired by recognized industry experts with broad 
 experience and insight into their respective disciplines. A key part of th
 e meeting is the poster session — always a lively and highly interactive
  session. The relaxed and informal format of the meeting is well known —
  a feature which promotes discussion and networking between participants.\
 nProgram\n\nThe oral program and the lively poster session will be built u
 pon your contributions\, ensuring that we will deal with issues that are i
 mportant to you. The sessions will cover the areas of manufacturing\, qual
 ity\, regulatory affairs\, pathogen safety\, clinical development and tech
 nical innovations\, and will chaired by recognised industry experts with b
 road experience and insight in their respective disciplines.\n\nTo provide
  an overview of current industry strategic issues and developing trends\, 
 we have invited John Perkin\, CEO of BPC Holdings\, to deliver the keynote
  presentation and there will be a special focus lecture by Professor Brian
  D. Smith on how the business models of life science companies are adaptin
 g to our changing world.\nNetworking and discussions\n\nAs with past event
 s\, the meeting will encourage networking and discussion between participa
 nts in a relaxed and informal format. A key part of the meeting will be th
