DESCRIPTION:Since many years ago Professor Alberto Chinski has dreamed of a
  World Congress of Pediatric Otolaryngology and now several of us decided 
 it was time for that to become a reality. Over all these years\, the Assoc
 iations and Societies of Pediatric Otolaryngology have grown and consolida
 ted more and more and we\, as specialists\, have become references in the 
 field: the Interamerican Association of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology (IAP
 O)\, the American Society of Pediatric Otolaryngology (ASPO)\, the Europea
 n Society of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology (ESPO)\, Asia-Pacific Pediatric
  Otolaryngology Group (APOG)\, the Australian and New Zealand Society of P
 ediatric Otorhinolaryngology and African Society of Otolaryngology (PENTAF
 RICA).\n\nIn many countries throughout the continents\, pediatric otolaryn
 gologists have a greater participation in congresses\, conferences\, cours
 es\, and publications every day. It is time for all of us who love this pr
 ofession\, work with children\, want to teach\, want to learn and share ex
 periences\, and dream of a united community of pediatric otolaryngology\, 
 to make this happen and finally meet.\n\nUndoubtedly\, Professor Tania Sih
 \, as the president of this Congress\, with her organizational capacity\, 
 her tireless drive and work for the development of the specialty\, will gi
