DESCRIPTION:Dear friends from Worldwide Family Medicine Community\,\n\nWe a
 re really happy to invite you to our World Meeting that is coming soon. It
  will occur from 2 to 6th November 2016 in Rio de Janeiro\, just a couple 
 of months after the Olympic Games.\n\nFamily Medicine in Brazil\, and spec
 ially in Rio\, had developed a lot. We have more than 40.000 health teams 
 around the country covering more than 100.000.000 people. It has been desc
 ribed by the annual Who Report in 2008 as a model for developing countries
 .\n\nThe most important part for us is the development of family medicine 
 as an academic discipline and a scientific field well defined. Many concep
 ts as current clinical topics\, quaternary prevention\, overdiagnosis\, el
 ectronic health records\, frequent health problems management\, quality as
 sessment\, pre test probability\, health system management and organizatio
 n\, etc.\, are related to the development of family medicine and will be d
 iscussed in Rio.\n\nWe want to invite you to one very high level scientifi
 c meeting where we can also share our experiences\, make new friends and t
 ake the advantage to enjoy Rio\, its beauty\, beaches and music. It is not
  impossible to be happy\, to enjoy life and to be high standard family doc
